We help the child and the parents to discover & identify the born and acquired intelligence of the child.
We adapt the extensive research carried out by the famous Multiple Intelligence Theory of Dr Howard Gardner of Harvard University.
As per him, there are eight types of intelligence and every child has all these present in different proportions. This makes every child unique. This unique combination of the MI is discovered using a scientific Psychometric Test Tool where we also discover the personality traits of the child.
Every career needs a different mix of the intelligence types and different personality traits. The result of the MI and personality type of the child is mapped against 33 various career domains.
A score for every career domain is obtained for the child.

We use a sophisticated Psychometric Test tool. We’ve adopted the research by Harvard University Psychologist, Dr Hovard Gardner to identify Intelligence type and Personality orientation. Our tool maps your type within 36 different careers.
What is the guarantee of accuracy of the careers suggested by you?
Our Career scores are based upon the psychometric test responses. Complete Honesty and unbiased responses will give a near perfect career recommendation.
Do you carry 1:1 sessions?
Yes, we do an online session with the parents and students after the test is submitted. We explain the Career Discovery report and complete details about the top career options perfect for the child.
I am a student of class 12th? Will this help me?
Yes, our services are for any student who wants to make informed decisions about careers. We recommend this for any student from class 8th onwards.
My child does not like maths and science but is good in arts and English. How can this help me?
Our Test tool will identify the intelligence type of the child. If Linguistics and verbal is his intelligence type, we can suggest huge number career options to your child.
My child is good in sports and average in academics; what are the career options for him?
Sports offer a huge number of various career options today. Even if he himself is not a great sportsman but is passionate for a sport, there is a big demand for such professionals today. There are many institutes where there are 100% placement records for sports people.
